In this video tutorial, produced by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) in partnership with the Ukrainian Central Election Commission (CEC), election observers learn about key Election Day procedures. Domestic and international observation missions and delegations will visit polling sites throughout Ukraine on May 25.
